IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic team at Quotacom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing IT infrastructure and security strategies, managing IT incidents, and coordinating cybersecurity measures.
This is a high-visibility role that offers autonomy and the freedom to innovate. You will oversee infrastructure and system administration for software products and provide IT support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
IT - Security:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT security strategy to protect our company and family's assets.
- Review and enhance existing security standards and processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Identify and respond to cybersecurity incidents, containing and resolving threats to minimize business disruption.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Create a training program to educate employees on IT security best practices and reduce the risk of security breaches.
- Implement data encryption solutions to protect sensitive data.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for our private alarm systems and external security service providers.
IT - Infrastructure:
Software:
- Manage and maintain all software products and applications, primarily Microsoft-based.
- Review and optimize user rights and access controls in collaboration with department managers.
- Create and maintain user profiles for all end devices.
Hardware:
- Procure and deploy new hardware as needed.
- Provide IT onboarding for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition to our technology infrastructure.
Support:
- Offer technical support to our employees and team members.
- Provide IT support for our family's personal devices and technology needs.
