Job Description

As a Service Manager at Prosystems IT GmbH, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, while also driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of IT services to our customers, ensuring that they meet the required quality and timeliness standards.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Provide regular reports and insights to management on customer satisfaction, service delivery, and business performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service delivery, customer management, or business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
