Regional Director - Germany

Amplifon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to lead our Sales Team in Germany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales growth and excellence in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including area managers and HR
  • Drive business growth through innovation and strategic planning
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or Sales Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
