**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Design and implement metrics to measure process performance and track progress
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of new processes
- Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
