About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Excellence Manager to join our team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of our Operations Excellence team, you will drive cross-departmental business and process excellence, building and leading cross-functional project teams to improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead project teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data analysis and project management skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Conduct contract negotiations with external service providers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior functions and technology teams
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance project management skills and knowledge within the organization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and operations excellence, ideally in e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive process improvements and implement change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to develop and implement project plans and track progress
  • Fluent German and excellent English skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
