Compliance Manager in Cybersecurity

dacoso GmbH is a prominent IT service provider in the DACH region, specializing in Managed Services for Optical Networks, Intelligent Networks, and Cybersecurity solutions. We are seeking an Information Security & Compliance Manager to enhance our team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Developing and implementing management systems in alignment with ISO27001 standards
- Advising and assisting on compliance and information security matters
- Collaborating with the data protection officer to ensure data security
- Coordinating compliance activities to fulfill legal and operational standards
- Updating training materials and managing employee training initiatives
- Conducting risk-based audits as part of our quality assurance process
- Overseeing project management for ISO and BSI certifications
- Evaluating the effectiveness of management systems through internal audits
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to quality and information security
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit, ideally within the IT industry
- Familiarity with information security, data protection, and ISO standards
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- A collaborative team player with a focus on customer service
- Fluent in German with good command of English
