Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electromobility Project Manager to join our team at SPIE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing electrical infrastructure projects in the field of electromobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Independently coordinate and manage electrical infrastructure projects, including site preparation, execution, and finalization.
  • Site Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to finalization and handover.
  • Team Management: Plan and manage your team, including personnel and material allocation, and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with HSEQ and work safety regulations, and actively promote process improvements and best practices.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with a master's or technician's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the field of renewable energy or electromobility, and experience as a project manager or site manager is highly desirable.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license (class B) and willingness to travel.
  • Personal Qualities: Service-oriented attitude, responsible work ethic, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for achieving project goals in a team environment.
