We are seeking an Information Security & Compliance Manager to enhance our team. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Developing and implementing management systems in accordance with ISO27001 standards
- Advising and assisting on compliance and information security matters
- Collaborating with the data protection officer to ensure data security
- Coordinating compliance activities to fulfill legal and operational obligations
- Updating training materials and supervising employee training programs
- Planning and executing risk-based audits
- Managing projects for ISO and BSI certifications
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the management system through internal audits
- Maintaining documentation related to quality and information security
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit, ideally within the IT industry
- Familiarity with information security, data protection, and ISO standards
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in German with good command of English
