Cyber Security Compliance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Information Security & Compliance to enhance our team. This position encompasses various key responsibilities:
- Establishing and enhancing management systems in alignment with ISO27001 standards.
- Advising and assisting on compliance and information security matters.
- Collaborating with the data protection officer to ensure data security.
- Coordinating compliance activities to fulfill legal and operational obligations.
- Updating and managing internal training materials while overseeing employee training initiatives.
- Planning and executing risk-based audits to assess compliance.
- Managing projects related to ISO and BSI certification.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the management system through internal audits.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation pertaining to quality and information security.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit, ideally within the IT industry.
- Familiarity with information security, data protection, and ISO standards.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- A collaborative team player with a focus on customer service.
- Fluent in German with proficient English language skills.
