About the Role:

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a highly skilled Global Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations that touch the wider CRM ecosystem across our business units and regions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between different stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, developers, digital transformation, and project managers, to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and make informed decisions.
  • Analyze current business processes, data, and systems to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Configure the OneCRM instances with a focus on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud, also including Field Service.
  • Support with the configuration and set-up of the new Life Science Cloud.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field, preferably with an MBA or PhD.
  • Have at least 5+ years of professional work experience in the Pharma/Life Science industry, in CRM and commercial-focused roles within a Commercial Excellence environment.
  • Bring at least 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin, ideally within an international Matrix-driven environment.
  • Offer profound project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hold a Salesforce Admin Certification (this is a must for us, a Business Analyst certification preferred).
  • Have an independent, process- and result-oriented way of working.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be fluent in the English language (written & spoken), any additional languages are an advantage.
  • Have gained intercultural experience and be willing to travel internationally.
