About the Role

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and process optimization across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations to ensure seamless collaboration across business units and regions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, provide training sessions, and drive CRM adoption to gain efficiencies.
  • Support the global OneCRM initiative, harmonizing commercial processes and designing the OneCRM instance.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, developers, and project managers.
  • Analyze current business processes, data, and systems to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Configure the OneCRM instances with a focus on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud, including Field Service.
  • Support the configuration and set-up of the new Life Science Cloud.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field, preferably with MBA or PhD.
  • At least 5+ years of professional work experience in Pharma/Life Science industry, in CRM and commercial-focused roles within a Commercial Excellence environment.
  • At least 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin, ideally within an international Matrix-driven environment.
  • Profound project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (Business Analyst certification preferred).
  • Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), any additional languages an advantage.
  • Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally.
