About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Banking department as a Customer Journey Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative product designs and developing forward-thinking strategies for our Business Banking customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in product innovation to design new digital daily banking products and features, as well as beyond-banking services.
  • Develop user stories and conceptualize product strategies, including measures for implementation.
  • Implement, test, and deploy new features, processes, and systems, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and technical innovations, investigating and evaluating new customer journey processes and features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams, including product management, business unit, IT, and Risk, to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation.
  • Take responsibility for regulatory and governance matters, including regulatory processes and assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-location teams, including the Head Office.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business management, IT, or a comparable qualification or education.
  • Strong understanding of SME business and ability to approach new product developments from the customer's perspective.
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably as a product owner or consultant, in banking or fintech.
  • In-depth knowledge of classic banking products in the SME/MidCorp segment, especially daily banking products.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of numbers and facts.
  • Proactive working style, strong communication skills, and experience in building professional networks.
  • Ideal experience with agile working methods.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage.
