About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Fertility and Family Forming Journey Expert at Apryl. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our members throughout their fertility and family-forming journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 1:1 Video Consultations: Educate members on fertility, adoption, and surrogacy topics, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Member Onboarding and Support: Assist new members in utilizing our service, providing ongoing concierge-level support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Research and Solution Development: Proactively research and present high-quality solutions tailored to members' unique needs, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Knowledge Database Management: Regularly update our knowledge databases with the latest information on relevant healthcare practices and legal frameworks related to fertility and family-forming options.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: A compassionate approach, with high emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for helping others through sensitive life stages.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Ability to quickly grasp new topics and continuously expand your knowledge in the fields of fertility, adoption, and surrogacy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent prioritization abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Healthcare or Human Services: A background in healthcare, human services, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Prior Customer Care Experience: Prior experience in a customer care role is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal communication) and Japanese is required. Additional regional languages are a plus.

  • Annual Gross Salary Range: €22,000 – €24,000 for Berlin-based applicants.
