Als Senior SAP Serialization Specialist sind Sie verantwortlich für die technische Umsetzung der Serialisierungslösungen in SAP, einschließlich der Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen, nach Abschluss einer individuellen Schulung. In Ihrer Rolle als Schlüsselmitglied unseres SAP-Anwendungsteams entwerfen Sie komplexe IT-Lösungen, schätzen den damit verbundenen Aufwand und bieten technische Führung während der Implementierungsprojekte, um die technische Kontrolle und Qualität der operativen Wartung sicherzustellen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Lösungsarchitekten der verbundenen IT-Lösungen (L3 und Tradelink) zur Schaffung effizienter IT-Lösungen für die Serialisierung ist ebenfalls ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Position.
Eine der spannenden Aufgaben in den kommenden Jahren wird der Wechsel von der aktuellen Systemlandschaft mit SAP OER zu SAP ATTP / SAP-ICH sein.

Ihre Aufgaben

Lösungsdesign und Aufwandsschätzung

Entwurf komplexer IT-Lösungen im Rahmen von Lösungsvorschlägen und Erstellung entsprechender Kostenschätzungen Koordination mit Lösungsarchitekten der verbundenen Systeme (L3 und Tradelink) im Rahmen der Designgruppe

SAP-Systemintegration

Definition von IT-Lösungen in SAP-Systemen (EWM, WM, MM, PP, OER und ATTP), unter Berücksichtigung externer Schnittstellen zu Regulierungsbehörden und Lieferkettenpartnern (3PLs, CMOs, Produktpartner) Sicherstellung, dass die Lösungen den globalen Implementierungs- und Validierungsanforderungen entsprechen

Projektleitung und Governance

Verwaltung und Steuerung der vom SAP-Anwendungsteam erstellten Lösungen hinsichtlich Zukunftsorientierung, Qualität und Wartbarkeit innerhalb des genehmigten Budgets Technische Kontrolle und Führung des technischen Projektteams sowie internationaler technischer Teams Überwachung der Implementierung und Ausführung von Konzepten und Aufgaben, Einführung von Maßnahmen zur operativen Qualitätssicherung

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Risikomanagement

Identifizierung und Management kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen von Dienstleistungen und Prozessen Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Implementierung oder Empfehlung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen

Operative und strategische Unterstützung

Unterstützung bei IT-Hauskeeping-Aktivitäten, wie z.B. regelmäßige Überprüfungen Vertretung des Teams in Managementbesprechungen, Leitung von Ausschüssen und Arbeitsgruppen, wie vom Vorgesetzten angeordnet Vertretung der Organisation gegenüber funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern, Kunden und externen Gruppen

Teamentwicklung

Entwicklung von Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten zur Weiterentwicklung der Mitglieder des SAP-Anwendungsteams, mit dem Ziel, die Unabhängigkeit des Teams zu erhöhen

Ihr Profil

Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse in Produktions- und Verpackungsprozessen sowie Lager- und Verteilungslogistik Technisches Wissen über SAP ATTP und andere SAP-Systeme (EWM, WM, MM, PP, OER) Kenntnisse der Serialisierungsstandards / EPCIS sind von Vorteil mit einem Fokus auf Serialisierung / Track & Trace in der Pharmaindustrie Vertrautheit mit der aktuellen Gesetzgebung zur Serialisierung Gute Kenntnisse der Architektur von Serialisierungssystemen (ISA-95 Ebenen 3-5) und des Lieferkettennetzwerks sind von Vorteil Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld Proaktive Mentalität mit einem starken Sinn für Prioritäten zur Unterstützung mehrerer Projekte gleichzeitig Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche, Präsentations-, Stakeholder-Management- und interkulturelle Fähigkeiten Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich) Bereitschaft zu moderaten Reisen
