We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Customer Administration Specialist to join our team at FRESENIUS KABI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various administrative tasks related to customer management, commercial operations, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead team meetings and independently coordinate and discuss higher-level topics within the team and with interfaces such as Sales, Pricing, Controlling, Marketing, Logistics, and IT.
- Offer Processing: Coordinate the offer processing process Vistex within the team and with Pricing, and independently review and approve documents.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Review and approve customer requests, invoice corrections, and return processing in accordance with approval guidelines and SOPs.
- Customer Communication: Independently coordinate and process internal and external customer and sales correspondence (such as contact reports, technical inquiries, and complaints) in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Interface Management: Provide interface functions for internal and external inquiries.
- Debt Management: Coordinate debt management in collaboration with Finance and within the team.
- Internal Controls: Conduct and archive defined reviews in the area of Risk Management & Internal Controls.
- Award Management: Coordinate award management.
- Training and Development: Train apprentices in accordance with the Trainer Qualification Ordinance.
- Education: Completed studies or training in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in sales or aftersales.
- Technical Skills: At least 10 years of experience working with SAP R/3 SD Module and SAP Data Management.
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, organizational talent, team skills, and communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, and very good English language skills.
- Software Skills: Proficient in using all common software solutions.
