Established in 2014, Scalable Capital operates across multiple countries including Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. Supervised by BaFin and the Bundesbank, our investment firm manages over 20 billion euros on its platform. Beyond serving private clients, we also provide B2B solutions, partnering with notable institutions such as ING and Barclays Bank. Our team, comprising over 500 professionals in Munich, Berlin, and London, is committed to empowering individuals to become investors.
Role Responsibilities
Assist the Chief of Staff and the Executive Office in their daily operations, collaborating closely with Founders and management Contribute to annual planning and strategic processes, ensuring thorough documentation Aid in the development, execution, and upkeep of management and governance documentation, aligning with regulatory standards Support the drafting and revision of internal documents and prepare presentations for management Provide project management assistance for corporate governance and strategic initiatives Collaborate with various stakeholders across Scalable, offering templates and guidance on governance-related deliverablesCandidate Profile
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or a related field Initial experience in project management activities Strong interest in understanding the German regulatory environment Basic knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., BAIT, MaRisk) Keen interest in compliance, governance, and control matters Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in reviewing and drafting governance documentation for regulated entities is a plus Must be enrolled at a German university until at least October 2025 Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and GermanAdditional Insights
