Clients utilizing the Scalable Broker can engage in trading a wide array of financial instruments, including 8,000 stocks, 2,500 ETFs, and 3,500 funds, enabling them to curate their investment portfolios, earn interest on cash reserves, and secure loans. Additionally, investments can be managed professionally through our digital wealth management services, currently serving over one million clients.
Established in 2014, Scalable Capital operates in multiple countries including Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. The firm, regulated by BaFin and the Bundesbank, manages assets exceeding 20 billion euros. Beyond individual client services, the company also provides B2B solutions, partnering with renowned institutions such as ING, Barclays Bank, the robo-advisor Oskar, and the Santander Group. With a workforce of over 500 across offices in Munich, Berlin, and London, Scalable Capital is committed to empowering individuals to become investors.
Role Overview
Assist the Chief of Staff and the Executive Office in their daily operations, collaborating closely with the Founders and management team Aid in the annual planning and strategic processes, including documentation Contribute to the development, execution, and upkeep of management and governance documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Assist in drafting and revising internal documents and preparing presentations for the management team Provide project management assistance for corporate governance and strategic initiatives Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments by offering templates and guidance on governance-related deliverablesCandidate Profile
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or a related field Previous experience in project management activities is advantageous Strong interest in understanding the German regulatory framework Basic knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (BAIT, MaRisk, etc.) is preferred Keen interest in compliance, governance, and control topics Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Initial experience in reviewing and drafting governance documentation for regulated entities Must be enrolled at a German university until at least October 2025 Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and GermanAdditional Insights
