Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and ensure the overall success of the regional Sales Engineering team
- Formulate a detailed strategy to optimize Rubrik's presence in the German market
- Foster and sustain the partner ecosystem for collaboration and new opportunities
- Lead the Sales Engineering team in close partnership with international specialists
- Offer strategic guidance on sales processes and introduce Rubrik to potential clients
- Provide technical insights on Rubrik's offerings and competitive solutions in the SAN product domain
- Engage in strategic planning and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Promote accurate forecasting practices and conduct regular progress meetings with the team
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within pre-sales
- Proven experience working with complex organizations across various sectors
- Strong technical acumen in cloud data management, backup, and data security solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of regional growth and talent management
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and technology-related products
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
