Job Summary

Vention is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator EMEA to join our team. This key position is responsible for managing all aspects of office and HR management for the EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management:
    • Coordinate the welcome and orientation of new team members and guests
    • Procure office supplies and maintain equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
    • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and service providers to support the team's needs
    • Arrange travel arrangements and team-building events to foster a sense of community and collaboration
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and employee files
    • Process employment agreements and ensure compliance with HR policies
    • Support employee development and relations through training and coaching
    • Manage onboarding and performance management processes to ensure a seamless transition for new employees
  • Benefits and Remuneration:
    • Administer benefits programs and stay informed about employment laws and regulations
  • Compliance:
    • Handle legal and immigration matters, support payroll accounting, and ensure Occupational Health & Safety compliance
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Assist in recruitment processes and talent retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of office management experience
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
