In the role of EMEA Human Resources Coordinator, you will oversee office and personnel-related functions within our EMEA division. Your contributions will be pivotal in cultivating Vention's workplace culture across Europe. Key responsibilities encompass office management, HR operations, promoting cultural initiatives, and ensuring synergy with our North American headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate a warm reception for team members and visitors, coordinating room arrangements and catering for meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Oversee office supplies procurement and equipment upkeep while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (facility management, vendors, suppliers, cleaning personnel, technicians, safety officers, etc.).
- Arrange travel logistics for employees, ensuring efficient bookings in compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Plan and execute team-building and cultural activities.
- Maintain the HR database and employee documentation.
- Assist in processing employment contracts and amendments.
- Manage employee records, sick leave, time tracking, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding workplace policies, career advancement, employee relations, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires in the EMEA region, including welcome kits and office tours.
- Collaborate with the global HR team on policies and procedures tailored for the EMEA workforce.
- Work closely with management and leadership teams.
- Support performance management initiatives, including evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Facilitate effective change management in partnership with the global HR team.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management or a related field.
- Proficient communication skills in English and German.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and practically.
- Self-driven team player with a keen eye for detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to collaboratively resolve issues and a natural inclination towards service.
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring clarity and structure, with the capability to prioritize and manage projects effectively.
