Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams in Deutschland eine/n Human Resources Coordinator (m/w/d).

Deine Rolle

Als Human Resources Coordinator bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräfte und externe Dienstleister in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten. Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kollegen und dem HR Business Partner gestaltest Du die Prozesse und die Unternehmenskultur aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Das Management von Bewerbungen sowie die Organisation und Durchführung von Rekrutierungsprozessen für das Headoffice.
  • Die Teilnahme an Einstellungs- und Trennungsprozessen, die Vorbereitung von Verträgen und die Erledigung weiterer HR-relevanter Formalitäten.
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
  • Die Erstellung von Personalstatistiken und die Pflege von Dokumenten und Akten.
  • Die regelmäßige Bereitstellung korrekter Informationen gemäß festgelegten Richtlinien.
  • Die Beratung der Mitarbeitenden in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen.
  • Die Unterstützung des HR-Managers bei verschiedenen Aktivitäten und Aufgaben.
Was Du mitbringst
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Rekrutierungsprozessen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in der Personaladministration.
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Kundenorientierung.
  • Teamgeist und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Excel und sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Kommunikationssoftware.
