About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our team at Horváth. As a key member of our Business Unit BI & Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering business-critical solutions to our clients in the field of Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in data warehousing and BI & Analytics.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business value.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Business Intelligence and Analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role in Business Intelligence and Analytics, with a strong track record of delivering business-critical solutions.
- Proven expertise in data warehousing and BI & Analytics, with a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to develop solutions that drive business value.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
