About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our team at Horváth. As a key member of our Business Unit BI & Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering business-critical solutions to our clients in the field of Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in data warehousing and BI & Analytics.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business value.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from conception to implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Business Intelligence and Analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in Business Intelligence and Analytics. You will have a proven track record of delivering business-critical solutions, and a deep understanding of data warehousing and BI & Analytics technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics, with a strong focus on data warehousing and BI & Analytics.
  • Proven track record of delivering business-critical solutions, with a strong understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
