OVERVIEWWe invite you to become a part of our innovative team as a Site Acquisition Specialist, a pivotal role within MD7 International (Communications). This position is essential for driving our mission to deliver advanced solutions in the Telecommunications sector. We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented individual to excel in identifying new site opportunities and negotiating leasing contracts for our esteemed clients.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engaging with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video calls to explore new business avenues.
  • Successfully negotiating lease agreements with property owners by establishing favorable terms.
  • Conducting thorough searches for optimal site locations and pinpointing prospective landlords.
  • Performing site assessments by visiting identified locations and gathering necessary geospatial data and visual documentation as required.
  • Keeping our proprietary software, LiveTrack, updated with current information.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Outstanding verbal and written proficiency in German.
  • Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in sales or negotiation is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging in telephone conversations.
  • Background in property negotiation or real estate is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
