Über die Rolle
Als Site Acquisition Specialist bist du für die Suche und Sicherung von optimalen Mietstandorten für Mobilfunkantennen in Deutschland verantwortlich. Mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick baust du Partnerschaften mit Vermietern auf und stellst sicher, dass die Mietverträge erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden. Wir suchen nach einem verantwortungsbewussten, engagierten und aufgeschlossenen Mitarbeiter, um unser stark wachsendes Team zu unterstützen.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Research: Suche nach geeigneten Antennenstandorten und Identifizierung potenzieller Vermieter
- Neuakquise: Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Vermietern sowie die Betreuung des Prozesses von Beginn bis zur Unterzeichnung des Vertrages.
- Verhandlungen: Erfolgreiche Verhandlung und Unterzeichnung von Mietverträgen
- Datenpflege: Pflege aktueller Informationen in unserer maßgeschneiderten Software LiveTrack
- Dienstreisen: Besuche der potenziellen oder bereits akquirierten Standorte, wenn erforderlich
Anforderungen
- Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch
- Englische Grundkenntnisse
- Verhandlungsgeschick oder Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich bevorzugt
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Zeitmanagement
- Computerkenntnisse mit guten Kenntnissen in Excel, Outlook und Word
