We are currently seeking a talented individual for the role of Site Acquisition Consultant. This position is ideal for those who excel in negotiation and possess a strong desire for new business opportunities. If you are a communicative and adaptable professional, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

As a Site Acquisition Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure prime rental locations for cellular antenna sites across Germany. Utilizing your negotiation expertise, you will forge partnerships with property owners, conduct site assessments, and ensure the successful execution of rental agreements. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive team member to join our rapidly expanding workforce.

  • Research: Identify suitable antenna locations and potential landlords.
  • New Acquisitions: Engage with prospective landlords and manage the process from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Negotiations: Successfully negotiate and finalize rental agreements.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date information in our proprietary software, LiveTrack.
  • Travel: Conduct site visits as necessary for potential or acquired locations.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Preferred experience in negotiation or real estate.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Focused on solutions and outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Competent in using Excel, Outlook, and Word.
