**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a Site Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for cell phone antenna sites on behalf of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential rental locations and property owners.
- Acquisition and Negotiation: Establish relationships with property owners, negotiate rental agreements, and ensure successful conclusion of contracts.
- Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits to assess potential locations and ensure they meet our customers' requirements.
- Contract Management: Manage rental agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our customers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
**Requirements**
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in German, with basic English knowledge.
- Negotiation and Contracting Skills: Proven experience in negotiation and contracting, with a strong understanding of rental agreements and property law.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
