We are seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist who possesses exceptional negotiation skills and a keen interest in new business opportunities. If you are an effective communicator with an open mindset, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
As a Site Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure prime rental locations for cellular antenna installations on behalf of our clients. Your expertise in negotiation will be crucial in establishing partnerships with property owners, conducting site assessments, and ensuring the successful execution of rental contracts. We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and adaptable individual to enhance our rapidly expanding team.
- Research: Identify suitable antenna locations and potential landlords.
- New Business Development: Engage with prospective landlords and manage the process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Negotiation: Successfully negotiate and finalize rental agreements.
- Data Management: Maintain up-to-date information in our proprietary software, LiveTrack.
- Travel: Visit potential or acquired sites as necessary.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in German.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Preferred experience in negotiation or real estate.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Strong teamwork and flexibility.
- Solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
