Payroll Operations Manager

Role Overview- Oversee the establishment and administration of payroll processes for both corporate and operational teams;
- Provide essential personnel data and generate relevant evaluations for management review;
- Assist with social security and income tax audits, collaborating with auditors for annual financial statements;
- Lead and manage payroll-related initiatives and projects;
- Continuously enhance payroll procedures and tools through effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Address and resolve matters concerning maternity protection, parental leave, garnishments, and company pension schemes, as well as specific social security cases;
- Prepare information, certifications, and reporting obligations for social security, tax authorities, and other relevant entities;
Serve as the primary contact for employees and management regarding payroll inquiries.
- A degree in accounting, payroll management, or human resources;
- Over 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a rapidly expanding organization;
- In-depth understanding of labor, tax, and social security regulations;
- Familiarity with German payroll software (preferably SAP) is advantageous;
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a customer-focused approach;
- Fluent in written and spoken German, with proficient English communication skills.
