Strategic Sales Manager

Become a vital part of our team as a Client Relations Manager in the Real Estate Sector
Are you enthusiastic about building and nurturing client relationships within the real estate industry? We are in search of a dedicated professional to identify and engage new housing companies and property developers, overseeing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new housing companies and clients within the real estate market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement to final contract negotiations and compliance.
- Represent our organization at industry events and real estate associations.
- Evaluate sales opportunities and revenue potential.
- Degree in business or a related field in real estate, facility management, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience in technical solutions, ideally within telecommunications or real estate.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its products is advantageous.
- Experience managing projects with real estate developers.
- Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a proactive approach.
- Permanent employment contract with 30 vacation days and an additional day off for your birthday.
