Are you enthusiastic about building and nurturing client relationships within the real estate industry? We are in search of a dedicated professional to identify and engage new housing companies and property developers, overseeing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new housing companies and clients within the real estate market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement to final contract negotiations and compliance.
  • Represent our organization at industry events and real estate associations.
  • Evaluate sales opportunities and revenue potential.
Qualifications
  • Degree in business or a related field in real estate, facility management, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience in technical solutions, ideally within telecommunications or real estate.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its products is advantageous.
  • Experience managing projects with real estate developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a proactive approach.
