Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d)

  • Role Objective: The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of customer advisors in Münster, ensuring both technical and managerial support.
Requirements:
  • Operational Engagement: Active involvement in daily operations, especially during peak periods.
  • Experience: Several years in a customer service role within a B2C setting.
  • Leadership Background: Initial experience in managing teams both technically and disciplinarily.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make confident and collaborative decisions, coupled with conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Service Orientation: A personality that is empathetic and focused on customer service.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong negotiation skills in German, both written and spoken.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work cohesively within a team and engage in collective decision-making.
  • Flexible Availability: Must be open to working weekends, holidays, and flexible hours during training and peak seasons.
Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide both technical and managerial guidance to team members (up to 10 employees).
  • Team Motivation: Implement initiatives to boost team morale, such as events and meals.
  • Employee Development: Conduct performance discussions and participate in training and coaching sessions.
  • Operational Support: Assist in managing shifts and operational responsibilities.
  • Issue Resolution: Address escalated customer cases and complaints effectively.
