Clinical Education Specialist in Urology

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will design, execute, and enhance training programs focused on our surgical urology products and procedures for internal teams, including sales representatives, product managers, and local trainers.
- Your training initiatives will encompass both onboarding processes and ongoing educational opportunities for our sales teams.
- You will innovate and implement new training methodologies.
- You will create and revise blended-learning resources.
- You will assess the effectiveness and longevity of training programs as well as their overall quality.
- You will collaborate closely with our EMEA Product Management and Global Stakeholders.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Educational Sciences is required.
- Proficient in digital media skills for both online and in-person training and the development of educational materials.
- A foundational understanding of medical concepts is essential.
- Previous experience in training sales personnel within the medical sector, particularly in Urology, or a background in MedTech sales is preferred.
- A passion for medical technology is vital.
- Strong communication and instructional abilities are necessary.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills are required.
- A collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel is expected.
