Professional Urology Training Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Trainer Surgical Urology to join our team at Olympus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our sales staff, with a focus on products, procedures, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new sales staff, as well as continuous learning programs for existing staff.
- Develop and implement new training concepts and materials, including blended-learning programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our Product Management and Global Stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Education Science.
- Proven experience as a trainer in the medical field, specifically in Urology, or in a MedTech sales role.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent organization and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with a willingness to travel.
