Clinical Sales Trainer for Urology

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and enhancing training programs focused on surgical urology products and sales techniques for internal personnel, including sales representatives, product managers, and local trainers.
- Your training initiatives will encompass both onboarding and ongoing education for our sales teams.
- You will create and roll out innovative training strategies.
- You will develop and refresh blended-learning resources.
- You will assess the effectiveness and sustainability of training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- You will collaborate closely with our EMEA Product Management team and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Educational Sciences is required.
- Proficient in digital media for both online and in-person training, along with the development of training materials.
- A foundational understanding of medical concepts is essential.
- Previous experience in training sales professionals within the medical sector, particularly in urology, or experience in a MedTech sales position is preferred.
- A passion for medical technology is highly valued.
- Strong communication and instructional skills are necessary.
- Exceptional organizational and presentation abilities are required.
- Must be a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel is expected.
