Clinical Support Specialist, Aortic, Vascular

Job Summary
The Clinical Support Specialist, Aortic, Vascular plays a critical role in driving the sales of Cook Medical's Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors. This position requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Cook Medical's Vascular portfolio and related products to provide expert clinical support and education to customers.
- Provide service to clinical customers, including case planning, support, and execution of product roll-outs.
- Deliver technical product training to clinical customers and the sales team on the use of Cook Medical's medical devices.
- Stay up-to-date on product developments and trends within the Vascular portfolio and provide market intelligence to the division personnel.
- Participate in local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures to promote Cook Medical's products and services.
- Prepare and submit written reports to the Regional Business Manager as required.

- Maintain Cook Medical's culture, values, and commitment to Ethics and Compliance by recognizing, demonstrating, and enforcing appropriate and compliant behavior.
- Ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met within the scope of responsibility.
- Conduct Cook Medical business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards, including Cook Medical policies.
Collaboration
- Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and key regional physicians.
- Work closely and effectively with the sales team and Cook Medical support functions to provide exceptional customer service.
- In collaboration with the Account Specialist, meet or exceed account or area objectives and targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in clinical support is desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
- Ability to interpret clinical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Excellent numeric skills.
