We are currently seeking a

Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/x)

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation frameworks and processes, which include salary assessments, bonus calculations, incentive schemes, and benefits management.
  • Ensuring that Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures are regularly updated to comply with local regulations and Group standards.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company's performance, operational efficiency, and financial health.
  • Monitoring internal and external benchmarks to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Facilitating the execution of the international mobility program.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the domain of compensation and benefits, preferably within an international context.
  • A completed vocational training or a degree in business or psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
  • Proficient knowledge of standard MS Office applications.
  • A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Adaptability and a sense of responsibility, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
