We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our HR Solutions Team as a Senior HR Business Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our global organization, driving business growth and success through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of HR practices across the organization.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on global mobility, compensation and benefits, performance management, and other HR-related matters to our leadership team and employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative HR solutions that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our HR practices remain compliant and effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on global mobility, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context.
