Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the discovery, research, and setup of new verticals for FINEto-day. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of projects in the areas of Business Development and Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of new verticals for FINEto-day, including research and setup
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of projects in Business Development and Operations
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary FINE team to develop the go-to-market strategy
  • Establish and monitor operations for new verticals
Requirements
  • Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Business, or similar
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment (internships and summer jobs)
  • A structured way of working, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
  • An analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2 or mother tongue) and English
