Position: Senior Einkäufer (w/m/d)
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Einkäufer zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für:
- Die eigenständige Auswahl von Lieferanten sowie die Einholung von Angeboten und die Verhandlung von Preisen.
- Die Durchführung und Initiierung von Projekten zur Kostenoptimierung.
- Die Verhandlung und Erstellung von Rahmenverträgen sowie die Durchführung von Jahrespreisverhandlungen.
- Die Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen.
- Die kaufmännische Leitung und Durchführung von Outsourcing-Projekten.
- Die Beschaffungsmarktforschung für ausgewählte Materialgruppen.
- Die Entwicklung von Warengruppenstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
- Die strategische Entwicklung von Lieferanten hinsichtlich Qualität, Lieferperformance und Kostenoptimierung.
- Die Begleitung von Lieferantenaudits und -besuchen.
- Die Abwicklung der Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten, auch in englischer Sprache.
- Die Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Analysen und Kennzahlen nach Anforderung.
Ihr Profil:
Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit, idealerweise einen Master-Abschluss. Zudem verfügen Sie über mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf von direktem Material in einem produzierenden Unternehmen. Sie sind ein motivierter Teamplayer mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und interkulturellem Verständnis.
