We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Commercial Manager to lead our growth strategy in the DACH regions, where we have a strong presence and existing commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for all products across the DACH regions, focusing on rail & bus travel.
- Build and nurture a portfolio of high-value and strategic commercial partnerships across various travel partners.
- Lead negotiations for all global, regional, and local commercial agreements related to the DACH region.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Use data and analytics to drive revenue and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Berlin, London, and Prague to define and scale our product, customer strategy, marketing, and partnerships in these markets.
- Represent the voice of the customer in the DACH region.
- Act as a senior representative for Omio across the region.
- 6+ years of experience in a leading commercial role within the tech or travel industries, with a passion for travel.
- Experience with B2C products in an e-commerce environment is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering success through leading cross-functional teams and building a fast-growth business in a scalable way.
- Experience structuring large commercial deals and building sustainable strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, results-oriented, and customer-centric.
- Excellent people and communication skills, with a tolerance for ambiguity and enthusiasm for contributing to a great company.
- Fluent in English and German, with other European languages a plus.
