Sales Manager in Refrigeration Technology

Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and enhancing sales initiatives within the climate and refrigeration sectors, particularly focusing on industrial refrigeration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients while expanding existing sales operations in the refrigeration and climate control domain.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through systematic engagement and retention strategies.
- Provide expert support and guidance to current clients on technical matters and innovative solutions related to building technology and refrigeration systems.
- Independently create proposals and manage project tracking until successful order placement.
- Calculate refrigeration load requirements and select appropriate refrigeration equipment.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a refrigeration technician, or possess a relevant engineering degree.
- Extensive professional experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
- Proven track record in project management and cost analysis.
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Strong commitment to achieving results.
- Ability to think and act with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Team-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with the regional market.
