Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and enhancing sales efforts within the refrigeration and climate control sector. This role involves:

  • Identifying and securing new client accounts while broadening existing sales initiatives in the refrigeration and climate control industry.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships through strategic engagement and retention strategies.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to current clients regarding technical challenges and solutions in building services, refrigeration systems, and industrial applications.
  • Creating independent proposals and managing structured project tracking from inception to order confirmation.
  • Assessing refrigeration load requirements and selecting appropriate refrigeration equipment.
  • Monitoring industry trends and formulating effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a refrigeration technician, or a degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
  • Proven expertise in project management and cost analysis.
  • Demonstrated sales proficiency.
  • Strong commitment to achieving results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
