Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and enhancing sales efforts within the refrigeration and climate control sector. This role involves:
- Identifying and securing new client accounts while broadening existing sales initiatives in the refrigeration and climate control industry.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships through strategic engagement and retention strategies.
- Providing expert guidance and support to current clients regarding technical challenges and solutions in building services, refrigeration systems, and industrial applications.
- Creating independent proposals and managing structured project tracking from inception to order confirmation.
- Assessing refrigeration load requirements and selecting appropriate refrigeration equipment.
- Monitoring industry trends and formulating effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a refrigeration technician, or a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
- Proven expertise in project management and cost analysis.
