Position Overview

As a Workday Integration Partner, you will be essential in enhancing automation processes within the Workday ecosystem and various interconnected systems. Your role will involve validating integration requests, designing, developing, and maintaining effective integrations, ensuring that all integration documentation is up-to-date, and conducting tests following any system modifications.

You will be part of our vibrant People Tech team, which is responsible for managing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Reporting to the People Tech team lead, you will collaborate with three other team members. Our team is tasked with configuring Workday, adopting new features, integrating with other systems, and customizing the platform to fulfill the company's requirements. We aim to make Workday a user-friendly, self-service tool tailored to our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new and support existing Workday integrations (both inbound and outbound), troubleshoot integration issues, and propose technical solutions to enhance current processes.
  • Assist the People Tech team in suggesting integration solutions, configuring, and testing integrations that align with functional design or business process operations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and security within Workday integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to ensure effective communication on integration-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement, utilizing Workday's latest features to foster continuous enhancement.
  • Establish and maintain integrations with other HR systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Peakon).

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday integrations and other HR systems (e.g., Greenhouse and Peakon), including both native and custom integrations.
  • Proficient in Workday Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with colleagues across various functions with impact and credibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Solid understanding of Data Privacy principles and their application.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Workday Integration processes and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Preferred: Experience with Workday HCM configuration and/or Workday Extend.
