Shape the Future of People Operations at Wolt
As our Workday Expenses Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements within our people processes and services. You'll own the entire functional area of Workday Expenses, including reporting and integrations. Your mission is to spearhead the configuration, development, and enhancement of Workday Expenses functionality, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery aligned with our People Tech strategy and Wolt's objectives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to create and sustain expense solutions on a global scale. You'll leverage your proven experience in configuring expenses within Workday to collaborate across functions, lead projects, and deliver solutions that streamline processes, enhance scalability, and elevate user experiences.
We're currently engaged in an exciting Workday redeployment project with DoorDash, integrating Workday into the combined organization of Wolt and DoorDash. This presents a chance to be part of something truly special – a global Workday implementation initiative.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead your responsibility area within the Workday team, focusing on Expense capabilities.
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to optimize people process efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee development sprints and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Workday Expense designs, processes, and integrations.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics capabilities development.
- Foster collaborative relationships and drive end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in diverse locations within a truly global team.
- Stay updated on Workday releases to effectively leverage new features.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Workday for Expenses.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Extend is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of core people processes, integrations, and user-centric design principles.
- Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics, including advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and demonstrated initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing requirements and prioritizing projects.
- Previous experience in project leadership roles using various project models.
- High self-leadership skills and interpersonal competencies.
