About the Role

Vinted is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Partner to join our dynamic People Tech team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing automation processes within the Workday platform and various other systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate integration requests and design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations.
  • Ensure integration documentation is consistently updated and test integrations following any system changes.
  • Collaborate with the People Tech team lead and other team members to configure Workday, adopt new functionalities, and integrate with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation and implement best practices for data governance and security within Workday integrations.
  • Closely work with IT to ensure smooth collaboration on integration-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement, leveraging Workday's latest features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
About You
  • 2 or more years of experience with Workday integrations and other HR systems (e.g. Greenhouse and Peakon).
  • Confidence with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields.
  • Excellent communicator, able to communicate with colleagues from different functions with impact and credibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capability of handling confidential information discreetly and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Solid understanding of Data Privacy principles and being able to apply it.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed understanding of Workday Integration processes and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset, focused on problem solving.
