Sales Engineer for Chemical Solutions

Position Overview:

  • Responsible for the sales and management of a diverse range of chemical raw materials, particularly focusing on adhesives, sealants, and potting compounds tailored for delicate electronic components.
  • Provide both technical and commercial assistance to clients while facilitating the successful launch of customer projects.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of personal sales targets and profit margins.
  • Act as a vital link between global raw material suppliers and our clientele.
  • Conduct market analysis, develop strategies, and implement effective market initiatives.
  • Engage actively in industry conferences and trade exhibitions.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a degree or relevant training in chemistry or business.
  • Have substantial experience in sales or product development within the electronics or chemical sectors, particularly in the marketing of related raw materials.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation abilities, decisiveness, and proactive initiative.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, primarily within Germany.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
