Deine Aufgaben
In der Rolle des Produktverantwortlichen stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Softwarelösungen den Anforderungen unserer Kunden gerecht werden.

Du vertiefst Dich in die Branche Deiner Kunden und entwickelst ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für deren Bedürfnisse. Du leitest aus den Anforderungen der Kunden Systemfunktionen ab und definierst gemeinsam mit den Kunden die Prioritäten. Du pflegst ein aktuelles Product Backlog mit Entwicklungsanforderungen und erstellst eine Product Roadmap für die anschließende Umsetzung. Du verfeinerst die Anforderungen regelmäßig mit dem Entwicklungsteam und unterstützt während der technischen Umsetzung bei aufkommenden fachlichen Fragen. Du arbeitest eng mit der Qualitätssicherung zusammen. Du bist stets offen für neue und geänderte Kundenwünsche und behältst dabei einen effizienten Entwicklungsprozess im Blick.

Dein Profil
Du hast eine Leidenschaft dafür, Prozesse durch digitale Lösungen zu optimieren oder zu ermöglichen. Du bringst Erfahrung in der Konzeption von modernen Lösungen und deren Umsetzung mit agilen Methoden mit.

Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) im Umgang mit Kunden und Stakeholdern Fundierte Kenntnisse in der agilen Anforderungsaufnahme, idealerweise mit IREB-Zertifizierung Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban Erfahrung in der Erstellung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung einer Produktvision mittels Story Mapping und weiteren agilen Ansätzen Affinität zur Softwareentwicklung und ein grundlegendes Verständnis der verwendeten Technologien Projekterfahrungen in der öffentlichen Verwaltung sind wünschenswert Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
