About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at VusionGroup. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to existing clients, working closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and execute plans to prospect new clients and generate leads, utilizing your knowledge of the retail industry and our solutions to identify potential opportunities.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on sales progress and client needs.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, utilizing this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the retail or software as a service industry.
  • Education: Business Administration Master's degree preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proven sales track record, familiarity with B-2-B technical sales cycles, knowledge of the retail industry, excellent relationship-building skills, ability to identify solution value for individual customers, and high level of personal drive and proactive work methods.
