Position Overview

To support our expanding operations in Europe, we are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (d/f/m).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and communicate sales targets, ensuring that senior executives are updated on progress.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports on outcomes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
  • Analyze costs, competition, and market demand to determine pricing strategies.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in IT, telecommunications, or networking; familiarity with wireless communication and the retail industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and German; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • Adept at recognizing market trends and anticipating shifts in technology and consumer behavior.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Skilled in coordinating and leading projects in collaboration with various departments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems, database management (MySQL), and programming languages similar to Java.
