Safety Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Data Analyst to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our Quality and Safety department, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain trends analysis processes for complex datasets related to product quality issues.
- Act as European liaison for new IT systems, ensuring seamless integration and data management.
- Monitor and analyze internal and external data sources to identify emerging safety issues.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to inform recommendations for vehicle safety-related investigations.
- Coordinate communication between Data Review Committee and Technical Review Committee.
- Monitor industry trends and advise leadership on best practices and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data integrity issues and drive innovation.
- Present results to Data Review Board.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Quality or Safety within the Automotive Industry. Key qualifications include:
- University degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality or Safety.
- General automotive technical knowledge.
- High level of authority to self-check and ensure accuracy when analyzing data.
- Ability to judge independently and understand business impact.
- Aptitude for identifying and employing IT systems for in-depth analysis.
- Ability to present to and manage stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
